This is the upcoming trailer for Son of Batman, it looks pretty cool, and is based on a graphic novel of the same name. I'm excited to see the rest of it when it comes out this spring. I think the Batman story lends it self to a fatherhood story better than many other superheroes. Batman/Bruce Wayne is an orphan and loner with family and trust issues, so adding a child into the mix puts him out of his comfort zone. And as you can see in the trailer Damien Wayne is quite the formidable adversary for his dad. A very fire and ice type of relationship.
I don't think Superman and Son would be as compelling.
