Never wait for the last minute
All the good stuff runs out early, so you don't want to find yourself paying some scalper an outrageous amount of money for this year's hot toy at the last minute. It goes against the male hunting instinct, but gathering gifts as you find them slowly is a way better way to go about it. The holidays are stressful enough, careful planning is important before you find yourself at the bottom of a pitcher of spiked egg nog.
