The one pound monster

We went out to dinner at Cheeburger Cheeburger and I decided to take the one pound burger challenge. The burger was good, and easily defeated. Afterwards they brought over the plush burger trophy for me to pose with and they put my picture on the wall with the rest of great gurgitators.
Honestly it wasn't so bad, Though i tasted meat for hours.

Questions regarding this burger.
1) Were the two green olives considered part of the burger? That could be a deal breaker for me, I hate green olives
2) Was the burger 1lb before it was cooked? Or 1lb after it was cooked?
